ABSTRACT

In a mobile edge cloud computing system, lightweight wireless communication devices extend cloud services into the sensing domain. With the fast development of wireless and IoT technologies, Mobile Edge Computing has become an emerging cloud service model [108, 217], in which mobile devices and sensors are used as the information collecting and processing nodes for the edge cloud computing resources that are close to where the data collected. A common mobile cloud secure data service is to inquiry the data from sensing devices. Thus, an efficient data access control model is desired. To this end, a comprehensive security data inquiry framework for mobile cloud computing is presented based on Attribute-Based Encryption approaches. The performance assessments demonstrate the security strength and efficiency of the presented solution in terms of computation, communication, and storage.
