On returning to Liverpool, the party re-assembled at Brown’s Hotel, and decided to make vigorous efforts on behalf of the Anti-Slavery League. Frederick Douglass kindly consenting to accompany the secretary, Mr. R. Smith,37 on an immediate visit to various towns in England, for the promotion of the cause. – Bristol Mercury.
