ABSTRACT
In this chapter we will see how some binomial identities may be viewed through a probabilistic lens. Generally speaking, probabilistic proofs are a close relative of combinatorial proofs. In fact, many combinatorial proofs can be easily converted into probabilistic ones, and vice versa. However, there are some distinct ways in which probabilistic concepts can be used to prove binomial identities.
