BRITISH SOUTH AFRICA POLICE IN MATABELELAND. I have the honour to enclose herewith an application from the Native Commissioner, Bulilima-Mangwe, for an alteration in the assignment of the British South Africa Police stationed in his District, I should be glad if arrangements could be made with the Commandant General to bring about the changes suggested in this application. From personal observations in the Bulilima-Mangwe District I am convinced that some such change is urgently needed.
