ABSTRACT
Conditions attached:– 2. e person or persons entitled to any drawback on any such goods, or his or their agent duly authorised by him or them for that purpose, shall make and subscribe a declaration that the goods mentioned therein have been actually exported, and shall within six months of the shipment of the goods on which drawback is claimed, produce a Certi cate of Landing / from the proper O cer of the Port at which the goods have been landed on exportation; and the receipt of such person or persons, or his or their agent, shall be a su cient discharge of such drawback when paid. Any person making or subscribing a false declaration shall be deemed guilty of, and liable to be punished for perjury.
