WILSON one day met at Mr. Arnon’s house some of the modern philosophers. This was the first time he had been in company with a party of this kind; and he was as much entertained with the violent inconsistencies they advanced for the doctrines of wisdom, as he was disgusted with their self-conceit and affectation of knowledge. /
