ABSTRACT
The following was the plan Marauder adopted. A fortnight before, under the pretence of having fresh air, he had been carried to the upper story of the house. The windows were furnished with bars; but his intention was to mount up the chimney to the top of the house, and to let himself down by a long cord, prepared for the purpose. – The surgeon and Imphell were to be off / early in the morning, before it could be discovered, and to take care of themselves.
