ABSTRACT
All the guests whom Sir Edward had invited were now arrived at Eaglefield Castle; and as Mr. Fraser and his family soon joined them, the whole party which had met were again assembled, with the exception only of Mr. Mortlock and Mrs. Margaret, whose absence was not much regretted, especially as their place in the society was much better filled by the addition of Mr. Beverley, Mr. Aldworth, and Captain Hamilton.
