ABSTRACT
Chapter 4, titled “System-on-Chip Testing” discusses system-level temperature minimization that can be attained via scheduling the tests of various constituent modules in a system-on-chip (SoC). The principle of superposition is utilized to get the combined effect of heating from different sources onto a particular module. Test scheduling algorithms are reported, based on the superposition principle.
