A marketing program should be based on looking at your clinic in terms of your patients' needs and their satisfaction, whereas selling is all about techniques to get people to buy your product or service. The inherent difference is that marketing is an integrated effort that is in line with your core business model. To maintain visibility, aesthetic clinics should have a consistent presence across a variety of channels that are relevant to the segment of patients they want to reach. In essence, your clinic needs to be visible where your patients are. Just having a clinic website and a Facebook page is not sufficient. These are only two spokes of the grand marketing wheel.
