ABSTRACT
This is a real case study of a real bodyshop in North London. This site has been developed from an existing wood-working business on an industrial estate. In this case study some of the important issues will be highlighted so that the potential bodyshop owner may benefit from the choices and concepts. This business is very efficient and environmentally very sound. It is unique in its combination of future proof-ness, customer friendliness, business efficiency and attitude towards the environment. The business is the MDS Accident Repair Centre.
