ABSTRACT

Forest fires remain a challenging problem to a large number of countries. Although forest fires cannot be avoided, measures can be taken to mitigate them. A monitoring system enables us to respond more quickly to the fire, especially through airborne fire stations. We can also compare and adapt our monitoring and aviation extinguishing systems (“extinguishing”) in other regions with similar conditions. For the functionality of all monitoring and fire-extinguishing systems, we have to consider costs when we do not intervene and do not count the cost of prevention.
