ABSTRACT
Every nuclear disaster has created opportunities for change and re-evaluating existing regulatory framework and as such, every incident has been responded by global community with regulatory change for strengthening safety and security of nuclear installation and measures for protection of people and environment from radiation. Thus, nuclear energy disasters hold a tenuous relationship with energy policymaking. 1
