ABSTRACT

Contemporary studies offer the building blocks for a new evolutionary theory but their findings are fragmented – itself a product of divisions in the organisation of science, research and knowledge. Creation and evolution are very dynamic and systematically accelerated, so theories explaining Man's activity and the organisation of his time and space quickly become obsolete because they explain the history of the organisation rather than the present. Perception that industrial waste is evidence of entropy in energy and matter, and that from thermodynamic laws it is impossible to eliminate it without higher energy costs, is why great importance is attached to the restructuring of Czechoslovak industry. Decentralisation of investments and the changes in the capital accumulation process are also fascinating aspects of this new evolutionary trend. Electronics is the only sector in which product prices have been reduced despite the general inflation of prices of energy, raw materials and intermediate products.
