ABSTRACT
“Rumpun Mas” (Rumpun Mas. UD) is a producer of Rubber Slippers, known in Indonesia as the “Sandal”. Their main product is Rubber Slippers, and they also produce other products, such as shoes, shoe components, bottle caps, and clothes hangers. Unfortunately, during the production of Rubber Slippers, production failure in the form of product defects cannot be avoided. This research aims to find out about the Rubber Slipper production process, observe the cause of the defects and provide some suggestions to solve the Deproblem of defects during production at Rumpun Mas. UD by using the Define - Measure - Analyze - Improve - Control (DMAIC) Six Sigma method.
