ABSTRACT
Nuclear power is not merely a technical issue. Responsible engineers must recognize the human ramifications of their technologies. They must become sensitive to the myriad of human issues in the nuclear power question and to the overwhelming legal problems and burdens that are developing under the stresses this technology is placing on our society and world.
