ABSTRACT

Feedback is an important part of the communication system in the management team. Internal feedback culture is built with every encounter. The core of the management team feedback practices is how to give, ask for and receive feedback. A system is constructed by details that are connected to each other, and their relations are controlled in interaction. The management team that wants to develop itself as a team sees the world differently. The management team which is on its way to the stars exercises all manner of feedback. Organizations continuously perform all kinds of leadership evaluations. 360-degree feedback is a standard in management teams. The development of an organizational feedback culture gets started in the management team. The development of the team will take a leap forward as soon as feedback is not seen only as a duty of the supervisor, but of everyone.
