ABSTRACT

Management team vertigo is an embarrassing discomfort, which often arises if management team swell is treated by rising too quickly to the top of a viewing tower. The management team has a big responsibility, as it directs the focus of the collaboration in the whole company. The management team needs a common idea of its primary task and mission as a core of its existence. The management team is then primarily deciding on guidelines and showing directions. Finding the right focus brings clarity and steers team action. The members of the management team were used to working as a strongly operational management team. Decisions were also made but they were often overruled by more burning issues. The discussion of the guiding star called objectives in daily language leads attention to joint direction and it strengthens the prerequisites to develop themselves into a real Stellar Team. Many organizations exist for goals, and pre-set goals guide management teams, too.
