ABSTRACT

Chapter 6 introduces, in greater detail, the final three participants in this study, three college graduates from the Residential College in the Arts and Humanities (RCAH) at Michigan State University (MSU). This chapter extends the conversation about mentoring in non-school settings (i.e., HealthTech Industries) to include the mentoring stories and experiences of RCAH alumni at MSU. Three case examples are discussed in Chapter 6, and each example from RCAH alumni paints a rich picture of the complexities, intricacies, and intersections of mentoring and learning in both school and non-school settings.
