ABSTRACT

“Snow technology” of cultivation potato lies in the fact that the tubers are dipped in the snow. For this, tubers were covered to a depth of 1-2 cm layer of snow in a light room at a temperature of 10-12°C for 1.5-2 months before planting. Such measures are carried out every 7-8 days. This method avoids disease of the seed potatoes and damage of plants by Colorado potato beetle.
