ABSTRACT

There are a number of diseases, which affects mostly the children, for example, Rubella, Measles, Chickenpox, Polio, Mumps, etc., because pre-mature (child) population is more prone to the diseases than the mature (adult) population [91, 92]. Rubella is a disease that occurs worldwide, mostly affecting children up to the age of 10 years old [91] and Measles is a highly contagious viral infection that is most common among children [92]. Therefore, in disease dynamics the population can be divided into two major categories: pre-mature population and mature population, and the pre-mature population takes a constant time to become mature. Also, in disease dynamics, the spread of a disease is not instantaneous, it will take some time in the host body before the outbreak and this time period is known as the latent period of a particular disease.
