Once producers have finished producing their first band, they will know big time that they have made a humongous difference in the production and recording. They helped examine all of the musical parts to make sure they were the best they could be. The melody is appropriate, the rhythm fits perfectly, and the harmonies are arranged correctly. Most important, producers found the hooks and brought out the essence of the song. There is too much fear of producer running rampant through the society. And no one is going to hire a producer unless he or she can demonstrate some credibility. A recording engineer may try to negotiate points on a project as a producer in lieu of payment or partial payment. Many times, this is how an engineer gets his or her foot in the door as a producer. Producers need to put together a poop sheet on who they are and how they can help people as a producer.
