ABSTRACT
Someone once told me after the successful presentation of a hypothesis that the room was filled with a “strategic glow.” The SOI and the process that generated it might leave you with a sense of satisfaction and in some cases, even relief that you’ve finally defined and captured your SOI, but unless it is actually implemented and the entire business is aligned with it, it means absolutely nothing.
