ABSTRACT
The Fair Labor Association (FLA) is a collaborative effort of universities, civil society and companies to improve working conditions around the world. The FLA has created a Workplace Code of Conduct which is based on standards of the Inter-
national Labour Organization. (See page 210 for the text of the Code of Conduct.) The Workplace Code of Conduct addresses a wide range of issues, including health and safety, wages, freedom of association, and the right to collective bargaining as well as harassment and abuse.
