ABSTRACT
This chapter presents the results of the in-depth analysis in the form of bar charts, data tables and narrative for all industry sectors, each one in turn. The notion of 'Sound inter-group relations and communications' is based around having a well-organised and efficient team that works together well and can effectively communicate the direction, results and output of the team. It might be the case that, when the economy is buoyant and sales are on the up, team members really do feel more ready to take on more responsibility and, as a consequence, perceive themselves and the team as being more empowered. Equally, when there is an upward movement in sales, team does have to work together and relationships improve to meet the challenge. Employees in electronics and technology industry sector are often engineers and technical experts; in this kind of working environment, camaraderie and interpersonal bonds can be very strong because the focus is on task rather than person.
