ABSTRACT
Facilitator: Thank you for staying with us. The final step is about measuring and reporting impacts. Our task now is to summarise the key information needs we identified during the day — we have been capturing notes as we went along. Secondly, we are going to identify the key actions following from each of the seven steps, assign broad responsibility and set some provisional target deadlines for completion. These actions will then be included in Process 7.3, which we use to measure progress against agreed actions subsequently.
