ABSTRACT
The difference I hope to make here at Methodist Health Care System is to enhance the quality of care and the spiritual environments in which that care is given. Spiritual care refers to a quality of caring that we provide—it is a quality that connects us with the spirit of the organization and with the spirit of the Divine, which is in our midst. It is comprehensive and inclusive.
