ABSTRACT

I have a vision, which I dare generalize, that organizations will survive, develop and prosper if they build a very strong culture that ties the staff together—a culture that creates a strong sense of ‘we-ness’. It should not be done only for financial reasons, but primarily for a common purpose of doing something important. This is a key to being successful. If you are serving a purpose and you are doing it based on some fundamental values, and those values have to do with care and love, then you have great potential and you can be successful in almost anything.
