ABSTRACT
While Part A presents experience from the EU, US, Canada, Japan and New Zealand, Part C covers Australia, and Part D covers the Netherlands, this part of the book focuses on the other geographic areas: developing countries and transition economies. For developing countries, experience across Latin America, Asia and Africa is presented in Chapter 10, and Brazil is the specific focus of Chapter 11. Transition-economy experience and issues are explored in the Czech Republic (Chapters 13 and 16), Hungary (Chapter 14) and the Ukraine (Chapter 15).
