ABSTRACT
Odile LeCann is Executive Director of France’s Comité 21, a non-governmental organ-isation whose membership is made up of representatives from large French businesses, agencies, municipalities, research groups, associations and, increasingly, medium-sized businesses. Comité 21’s agenda is to create a dialogue and provide information about the integration of environmental concerns into all aspects of French life. Their agenda is creating true sustainable development in the 21st century.
