ABSTRACT
When student look around at their peers in business school, their see that they have a very well-defined path in front of them: attend company presentations and networking dinners, submit resumes to the career center, and interview on campus – all on a predefined schedule. Sticking with the sustainability search, especially while students’ classmates are accepting offers all around their, can be daunting. Ideally, the best team size for this kind of support is 3–5 students. Students’ school's Net Impact chapter might be a great place to find students to team up with. If their can't find a team at their own school, consider creating a virtual team with friends at other business schools or students they met at conferences.
