ABSTRACT
Young people in Europe are being seriously tested by new demands of the job market. Companies, governmental and non-profit organisations today demand a range of skills and values, which have been largely absent from the educational offer of universities and colleges. Besides technical expertise, workplaces need graduates with strong leadership, learning and innovation skills. Without these skills, the new generations is facing the threat of social exclusion and poverty due to chronic unemployment.
