ABSTRACT
This time we present the volume devoted to very special topic which is Social Agency; the volume is composed of Part One on Social Dilemmas edited by Marek K. Mlicki and Part Two on Praxiological Dimensions on Education edited by Bela H. Banathy. Both parts deal with two important praxiological concepts rationality and preparation as preconditions for human action to be effective and efficient.
