ABSTRACT

The main problem in the training is the lack of ability of the participants to plan, organize, implement, and conduct an independent evaluation of the learning process to run business for sustainability. The availability of information technology has not been enabled to encourage the changes of training practices for pensioners. The creation of economic value, fulfillment of obligation to maintain balance, diversity, sustainability of value for the next generation and the environment are sustainability process. The aim of this study is to find how heutagogy for pensioners for sustainable entrepreneurial in the era of technology and information. Research method in research is verificative survey. The number of samples was 45 pensioners. The results showed that self-learning practice from pedagogy to andragogy then to heutagogy can encourage more sustainable behavior change. Principles of sustainability in learning such as holistic, diversity, sustainability and balance are developed by optimizing information and technology functions. The management of training should take account of the characteristics of the pensions and optimize the function of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to promote the sustainability of the entrepreneurial learning process.
