ABSTRACT
Management of pedagogical capacity building activities for preschool teachers in Vietnam is an urgent issue in the context of Vietnamese society today. This article presents the contents and measures to manage pedagogical capacity building activities for preschool teachers, contributing to the provision of preschool education with high quality human resources to meet the requirements of education renovation in Vietnam.
