ABSTRACT
Having read OED’s poverty reduction strategy (PRSP) study and followed the presentation, I was pleasantly surprised. Having been one of the persons consulted during the evaluation, I think that the report has done a good job to acknowledge what we wanted to put forward, explaining in general what happened. But that said and having the opportunity to comment, there are a few points I would like to make.
