ABSTRACT
A senior member of the ruling party in Bosnia (SDA)51 named Hassan Kengic was responsible for the acquisition of combat means. The weapons shipments were accompanied to the Raska region by a Libyan diplomatic car and camouflaged as a shipment of equipment for the Active Islamic Youth Movement. The weapon shipment was financed by a Libyan diplomat named Amer Musrati who served in his country’s embassy in Belgrade.
