Synthesis of the Argument: EBH and LBH as Co-Existing Styles

In this chapter we bring together the arguments, made explicitly or

implicitly, in the first volume into a case that the various chronological

approaches to BH are not in accordance with the evidence. Instead,

we suggest a new synthesis where ‘EBH’ and ‘LBH’ are understood as

co-existing styles of literary Hebrew throughout the biblical period.
