ABSTRACT
Identity and place are foregrounded in storying. As two Australian authors, we locate our work in our relations to place and ancestry through storying that exposes experiences of race, class, gender and being othered in the troubling of belonging in a nation built on violence and lies. We hold and respond to each other’s stories and reflect on the learnings of storying across cultures, times and places.
