ABSTRACT
As nanotechnology moves into the early 21st century, there is a growing body of literature that addresses concerns about ethics and the law as it relates to nanotechnology. The legislative and judicial framework that attempts to rein in nanotechnology may not keep pace with new applications and products. However, the literature cited here provides a solid framework of information.
