ABSTRACT

With the previous tools in hand, the problem of studying noise

in electronic devices becomes only a matter of constructing an

appropriate experimental design. We hope to give a general

overview the main experimental techniques that are used to

measure electronic noise. The systems described here in no way

constitute a definite guide to the world of noise measurements,

although the reader will be able to form a good idea of the basic tools

used and the important differences between various techniques. The

discussion will center on determining the voltage fluctuations of a

spintronic (or electronic) device.
