ABSTRACT

The attainment of a propitious business environment to carry on affairs constitutes a central element of Romania's economic politics, knowing the fact that providing auspicious terms is of a crucial importance for initiating and developing businesses on a free, competitive, and globalized market. Romania needs to take measures for implementing corporate governance and to integrate corporative responsibility politics in the business strategy. An important tendency will be the involvement of employees in social responsibility. The social responsibility is important to Dacia Group Renault. The decrease of the negative impact on environment and preserving of the natural resources, professional development of employees and communities, especially by means of educational projects and investments in culture and diversity stimulation are the main objectives of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy. Volunteering is an important factor that helps in creating a competitive labor on the European market, and at the same time in developing education and professional formation as for the social solidarity growth.
