ABSTRACT

The technologies of producing magnetic fluids have been developed and can be used to organise the mass production of relatively cheap magnetic fluids with the required properties. The magnetic characteristics of the pool were fluids are relatively and to increase them the fluid is evaporated and is additionally decreases productivity of the method. The size of the resultant particles is strongly affected by the conditions in which the individual molecules join into particles and, various variants of the method are used to produce the colloidal particles of the magnetics. The small dispersion of the particles complicates the stabilisation of the magnetic fluid and restricts the concentration of the magnetic. In the water-based magnetic fluids the particles have a double layer of the stabiliser and, the saturation magnetisation of these fluids is lower than for the specimens based on carriers. The magnetic fluids with the microdroplet aggregates belong in the group of highly magnetically sensitive fluids.
