ABSTRACT

In the year 2000, the company QED Technologies presented a method of polishing optical components of different shape and developed compositions of the magnetorheological fluids based on carbonyl iron. Ferrosuspensions method is used for the development of magnetorheological and vibration dampers, magnetically controlled lubrication in friction sections and supports, sealing of threaded joints. The magnetorheological vibration damper contains a casing filled with a damping medium with an electromagnetic system placed in it with a moving mass secured by a flexible bond with the casing. There is a problem of producing the optimum composition of the magnetic fluid and the complete removal of the magnetic nanoparticles from the human organism after completing the healing process. The disperse particles of the magnetorheological fluid form stable chain-like clusters under the effect of the magnetic field and result in the effect of the controlled fluidity and form.
