ABSTRACT
At this point in the book, we have already been on quite an adventure. The resounding theme is based on the belief that each one of us can create a culture of success within projects. We can empower ourselves and others to adopt the behaviors that build a safety net for the team while creating an environment that provides the freedom to innovate and soar to new levels of performance. The journey requires resisting the temptation to adhere to the status quo. Certainly, the journey is riddled with risk, but navigating the risks effectively creates untold opportunities that we cannot even imagine.
