ABSTRACT

John’s story did not elaborate on the tools and methodologies he was choosing, because his focus was the value those tools produced for the team. In this chapter we are going to dig into John’s tool box a bit more. As we do, I challenge you to answer the question that is at the center of what some say is the most heated debate in the profession of project management: What is the most valuable tool in the project management tool box, waterfall, agile, or something else?
