ABSTRACT
This chapter provides a detailed overview of the role played by adaptability resilience capability in business settings, including its definition, importance, and characteristics, along with its relationship to firm characteristics (i.e., level of adaptability versus strategic orientation) and performance. A real-business case is utilized for illustrating the concept and intensity of adaptability resilience capability and the factors that contribute to building adaptability.
