ABSTRACT

During the period the Dicksons had been in Kuwait many hundreds of badu had at different times passed in and out of their acquaintance, but families with whom they were able to establish a relationship based on something more than courteous formalities were always in a minority. Once forged, such a relationship might or might not stand the test of time. Badu move away and links are cut. Then, unless they take the initiative to find you next time they visit town, there is no means of regaining contact.
