The health and welfare of working judges in Brazil: A quantitative and qualitative analysis

The parameters of the business logic of the Brazilian Judiciary can be confirmed by the growing use of new technology in the Courts. This is especially the case with the implementation of the Electronic Judicial Process (EJP), which has triggered the physical-to-virtual conversion of court cases and also allowed a broadening of the Magistrate’s Office, which is spreading out indefinitely to the whole area where there is access to the Internet.
