ABSTRACT
In this chapter, readers will learn about inspirational motivation behaviors associated with transformational and charismatic leadership, why these behaviors are important to leaders and followers, what their outcomes are for organizational members, and how to put them into practice in organizations. The rhetoric of charismatic leadership and impression management tactic are highlighted. Summary questions and reflective exercises are also presented.
